Hello, fellow PD users!
I’m an automation engineer in Seoul and Pagerduty is an indispensable tool at work. I’m responsible for over 100 cloud instances and am running a 24/7 service. PD has my back alerting me via phone call, sms, and Slack when instances in our fleet are having issues. Haven’t made use of the PD community, but I hope to use and contribute to this resource in the future!
